How do I get TurboTax to check the No box on Line 10 on my form 8962?

By using Lines 12 thru 23, my Excess advance payment  of PTC (line 27, form 8962) is reduced by over $2,000.

    There appears to be an issue with this form which, supposedly, has been resolved (but might not actually be resolved at this point in time). Check back later.

      i.e. check back on Friday.  Software updates usually occur overnight on Wed or Thur .
