You do not have to enter contributions to a work retirement account separately, it will be included on your W-2 in box 12.

Did you have a traditional IRA or Roth IRA  with your bank? If yes, you should be able to see if you made IRA contributions (or ask our bank).

What type of plan?

Your IRA contributions are entered in the IRA contribution interview.   Employer plan contributions are reported by your employer your W-2.
