How do I make my Qualified Roth Distribution non taxable?

My imported Scwab Electronic 1099R for a Qualified $20K distribution is being treated as taxable income when it should not. How do I correct?

What is the code in box 7? To verify, is the distribution showing on line 4b of Form 1040 as taxable?

Please answer the follow-up questions after you entered your Form 1099-R:

Click on "Search" on the top and type “1099-R”
Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter all your 1099-Rs
Click "Continue" on the "Review your 1099-R info" screen
Answer all the questions and make sure you enter the net contributions prior to 2021 on the "Enter Prior Year Roth IRA Contributions" screen
Answer the remaining question.
