How do I properly input money I inherited from my deceased father's retirement pay?
The 1099 -R form I received for this is different than the one I received for his IRA 1099-R so wondering if it gets inputted differently
No. Just copy the 1099-R exactly as it appears. The code in Box 7 will dictate the handling of it.
