Delete the Existing 1099-R Entry:

1. Log into TurboTax.
2. Navigate to the 1099-R section:
   • Type "1099-R" in the search bar (magnifying glass at the top right).
   • Click "Jump to 1099-R."
3. Find the existing 1099-R entry you want to delete.
4. Select the option to delete this entry (trash can icon).

Reenter the 1099-R Information:

1. Select add (+) to reenter the 1099-R (RMD).
2. Enter the details from your 1099-R form, including the distribution amount and any relevant codes.
3. Indicate whether the distribution was fully or partially an RMD:
   • If only part of the distribution was an RMD, enter the exact amount.
4. Continue through the questions guided by TurboTax.
