HOW DO I REMOVED A FORM USED IN PREVIOUS YEARS BUT NOT NEEDED NOW

If the schedule you are referring to (you don't mention which one so I am not sure) forces an increase in your fee due to TurboTax and you do not need it, then you can delete it. HOWEVER, I can't think of any individual schedules that give rise to additional individual fees for themselves. You should always leave these schedules in as many carry forward information that might not pertain to current tax year but may pertain in the future - which is why it is getting carried forward.
