How do I report a $51,000 income on a 1099-S? This was a partial payment for our Lakehouse in Many ,LA?

We live in Houston & sold a camp in Louisiana that was not our main house. We got a partial payment in 2024. How should I report this income on a 1099-S?

    The sale of your second home will be entered as investment income. Follow the steps in the TurboTax article Where do I enter Form 1099-S? under If you sold other real estate.
