Question

How do I report my early withdrawal from 401k? I'm trying to file tax return using turbotax but I'm not sure how to report it.

    You will receive a 1099-R form by Jan 31 that you need to enter your 401k distribution.   Once you have the 1099-R, use the instructions in the link below to enter the form into TurboTax.   Where do I enter a 1099-R?
