How do you enter State Distribution from CSA-1099R line 16 when program stops at Line 15?

I have a money amount in Line 16, but I cannot enter it because lines 16-19 are not available on the CSA-1099R

Sometimes the entry is on a follow-up page. Usually 2 pages after the main form. (See below for an NC resident). So if you need to deal with that, go back and edit that CSA-1099-R and walk thru the pages tah follow the main form.

Entering it there will back-fill box 16 on the worksheet that TTX uses:
