How how do I upload the 1099R forms. Do I need to mail as Turbo Tax said I should but wait a week to file after sending them? return?

Did you e-file your return? Where did TurboTax say that you needed to mail the 1099-Rs. You don't need to mail physical 1099-Rs if you e-filed your return.

If you filed by mail, you will attach any federal forms that include withholding, such as the W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, and so on. You mail all such forms with your return all at the same time.
