You will receive a Form 1099-R reporting a distribution, enter that into TurboTax and then answer the questions you will see after you enter the form. You enter it in the Wages and Income section, then Retirement Plans and Social Security. Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)

When you enter the 1099-R form in TurboTax, you will see a screen that says What did you do with the money? You need to indicate that you moved the money to another retirement account and that you did a combination of rolling over, converting or cashing out the money. On that same screen, enter the amount you converted to a Roth IRA. Then just answer the rest of the questions in that section.
