How can I find my contributions to Roth prior to 2024--goes back to 2003 and earlier

You would need to check all your prior Forms 5498 or your Roth IRA statements. If you used TurboTax in the past and ask TurboTax to track your basis you could see the basis on the IRA Information worksheet.

Please note, if you had your Roth IRA for 5 years and are over 59 1/2 then you distribution are Qualified Distributions. Your Form should have code T or Q and you can skip the question about your net contributions prior to 2024.
