I withdrew some Roth IRA funds for the first time in 2024.

TurboTax can keep track of the balance of a Roth IRA as an additional service, but it is not required for filing.

You can disregard and move past that question if the distribution was qualified and your 1099-R has code T or Q in Box 7.
