Question

How/Where to enter my IRA roll-over numbers in TurboTax (on Form 1040 Line 5a)? It's reported by my broker on Form 5498.

Hey, can somebody guide me on how or where to enter my IRA roll-over in TurboTax so that it will show up on Form 1040 Line 5a. I know it is not taxable. In the past turbotax captured it automatically from the documents I uploaded. This year it doesn't.

    If a direct trustee to trustee transfer you will not get a 1099-R and in that case no 1099-R will be issued and no reporting is required.
