I added IRA contributions to my return by mistake. Even after correcting that Form 5329 shows up on my return. How can I remove form 5329?

To make sure that you've deleted all entries related to the IRA contribution, also delete the IRA Contributions Worksheet, if present, otherwise the deleted Form 5329 is likely to regenerate.
