I already submitted my tax forms and I got a letter from one of my settlement companies saying I may get a 1099-c form to add to my taxes. How exactly do I fix this?

If you have already filed your tax return, and received an additional tax form your the only option is amend your tax return and file it again.

You can do this in TurboTax.

To start your amended return, go back into TurboTax, open the return that you already sent in, and on the first page you see, click on the link to amend your return.

Remember before you amend: wait until you got your refund or paid your taxes. Have a copy of your original return at your side before you start. And be sure you use the correct year’s version of TurboTax.
