I am 75 and still working. I have a 401k and a Roth IRA. Where do I report these?

Do you mean you want to report distributions from your retirement accounts?

 

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
