Question

I am being asked for information from form 1099-R's. Since we weren't required to take RMD's in 2020, we did not. How do I get past these questions?

If you did not have a distribution in 2020 then you would not have received a Form 1099-R.  If this is the case then delete any 1099-R's that are listed in your tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
