Question

I am being prompted to fill in state for my 1099-INT forms, but I live in Texas and that is not an option. What do I do?

1) If you are referring to the followup page where it asks for the state for $$ in box 8 of the 1099-INT, go to the end of the states list and choose "Multiple States"

2) If you are referring to boxes 15-16-17 on that 1099-INT...and 17 has a 0.00 in it, then make boxes 15-16-and 17 all entirely blank...no zero's..no nothing.
