I am enrolled in a Roth 401k through my employer with a 6% match (going into a separate traditional 401k). Can I still make a deductible traditional IRA contribution?

You can make a contribution to a traditional IRA, but whether or not it will be deductible depends on your modified AGI because you are covered by a workplace retirement plan.  With regard to a traditional IRA contribution for 2018:
