I am getting the message "something went wrong..." when I click on 1099-B and then "Enter myself". I am not able to add any 1099-B form. How can I get this fixed?

If you are having issues adding a 1099-B, please first try clearing your cache. To do so, please follow the instructions here. Once completed, try to go back and add your 1099-B. 

To enter your 1099-B, please follow the steps below:

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Navigate to the 1099-B section. 
3. Follow the onscreen instructions. When you reach Let's import your tax info, select Enter a different way, then select your investment type on the next screen.
4. On the following screens, answer the questions about your 1099-B. When you reach the Review your sales screen, the form you just entered should be listed.
5. If you need to add another 1099-B, select Add investments. Otherwise, select Continue.

If you continue to have issues, please try using a different browser to complete the 1099-B section.
