I am making payments on my 2014 return where do i put that info in at so i dont have any more mistakes that i will have to pay for later

You repayment plan for past years' taxes does not have to ben entered anywhere on your 2016 tax return.  The iRS knows you owe, and will offset any 2016 refund to repay the tax debt automatically.  If you still owe the IRS your refund will be taken even if you have a payment plan.
