Question

I am retired and pay a monthly payment of $159 MONTH for my supplemental health insurance. Can I deduct this ?

Medical expenses go on the schedule A, itemized deductions. These days, 95% of people are not itemizing. If you are, by all means you should add any after tax medical expenses you have.
