I am retired with no income. Received W-2 with Box 12a and 12b filled out. Since the Box 1 is blank, Turbo Tax tells me I cannot file electronically. How do I file elect?

You can put $1 in as income. That should not affect your tax bracket and tax liability. This will allow you to file the form.
