I am trying to enter my 1099R info but when I click on the boxes, it won't let me enter any data.

Navigate back to the 1099-R and delete the form. Then re-enter the document.
- In your open return, select My Account
- Tools
- Topic Search
- Type '1099-R' in the box, then select GO
Select the 'delete' on the summary page, then add it back in.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
