I am trying to file my mothers taxes but she didn’t do her income tax in 2018. So where does it give me an option to do that? I have her 1099 form for 2018 and 2019 and i am trying to file 2 yrs

You cannot use TurboTax Online to file for 2018. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year, which is now 2019. To file for 2018 you have to use the CD or download TurboTax software for 2018. You can purchase a download at the following link. There is no free filing for past years.
