I am trying to include qualified housing expenses in my tax return, but the dropdown list provided does not list my city

I am trying to fill out Form 2555, Part 28 listing Qualified Housing Expenses for the tax year. But I cannot enter in my city of record (in Uganda) because it is not in the drop-down menu

Uganda is not listed in the TurboTax program for Form 2555 because it is not listed in the IRS Form 2555 table.

Use Other as the country.

Also, in the 2555 Instructions on page 5 -

Example. For 2023, because your location is not listed in the table at the end of the instructions, your limit on housing expenses is $98.63 per day. If you file a calendar year return and your qualifying period is January 1, 2023, to October 3, 2023 (276 days), you would enter $27,222 on line 29b ($98.63 multiplied by 276 days)
