I am trying to track my refund, but when I enter the correct info, it says it doesn't match. Does anybody know what I could do to fix this?

I enter all of my information, and the exact amount and nothing adds up apparently

Are you making sure you are entering your data minus any fees?  Please see the Help Article here which goes over why the WMR website might show this information.
