I am waiting for my last 1099. What happens if I don't receive it before the April 15th deadline? Should I file anyway?

Yes, you should still file by the deadline. Include as income the amounts you made from the missing 1099, according to your records. If the 1099 turns out to be different from what you report, you can amend your return then. The IRS requires you to report all of your income whether you get a 1099 or not.
