I can not add 1099-dive for me and wife

You can add as many 1099-DIVs as you need to, for either you, your wife, or the two of you, jointly.

Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:

1. Navigate to Federal Taxes in the upper left, then Wages and Income.
2.  Add or Edit Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto) > Add/Edit
3. Choose Add Investments
4. Choose "Enter a different way" 
5. Select 1099-DIV and continue
6. Either upload or choose "Type it in myself"
7. Enter the information from the 1099-DIV requested in the interview, You' be asked This 1099-DIV belongs to...and the drop down will allow you to choose yourself, your wife, or both of you,
