I can't get my tax returns for 2018 from Turbo Tax.

Sign in with the same user ID that you used last year (if you used TurboTax Online) and it will transfer your prior year information over.  

 

Transferring last year's information into the current year

 

If you cannot remember your user ID from last year, see the attached link to help you log back in.

 

Account recovery if unsure of user ID
