Question

I cannot change the bank address on the form for federal and it will not allow me to move forward in the process

It’s saying that my bank account is not in the state where I reside so I cannot e file

I've not seen an error like this before. Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
