I cannot delete a 1099-G form from my return. When it asks me if I got a 1099-G, I answer "no" but then it says I have to upgrade because I have a 1099-G. What now?

I did not receive any income last year that would require a 1099-G form. I answer no but its reading the answer as yes. There's no way to get help without paying either. I'm stuck and don't know what to do.

If you had Unemployment in 2020, it may have carried over to 2021 with a $0 balance, asking you to review the entry.

You can delete the entry by typing 'unemployment' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to unemployment'.

Say YES to 'did you receive unemployment' to get to the page where you can delete the entry.

At the 1099-G Summary page, click the trash can icon to delete the entry from last year.
