I cannot find the Roth conversion amount requested in the TT screen

I converted a Traditional IRA to a Roth IRA around 2007?; whenever it first became offered. At the time, I paid taxes on the amount. No contributions to the Roth were made after 2012 at retirement. I withdrew funds from the Roth for the first time in 2024.
When I enter the 1099- R for these funds, the TT screen states, "Enter Conversions - 2019 and Prior"
"Report net conversions to the Roth IRA that were taxable and non-taxable in 2019 and prior years.
Conversions - 2019 and Prior Years" then a box for the amount.
I don't have the records. The institution holding the Roth doesn't either. What to do?
Thank you!

To clarify, are you over 59 1/2? If yes, then you distributions are Qualified Distributions and your Form 1099-R should have code T or Q. You can ignore the Roth follow-up questions about net contributions and conversions.
