Question

I cant find how to get back to a question asked about my 1099-R relating to the money not coming from an annuity.

I deleted and retyped my information from my 1099-R and I am being asked when the annuity started and  the plan cost on the review page. My retirement plan is not an annuity.

To enter a 1099-R, you will follow these steps:

 

  1. Click Wage & Income
  2. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security, click show more
  3. Click Start/Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
  4. Click Add another 1099-R
  5. Choose how you would like to enter your form (Import, Type yourself, upload)
  6. Enter Provider Information
  7. Follow interview questions to enter the remaining information regarding your 1099-R
