One is possibly moving it from the old 401K to a new 401K.  And then another for moving from the new 401K to an IRA, and another for converting it to a Roth IRA.   Check the codes in Box 7.   Any direct rollovers with code G are not taxable.   Enter all of the 1099-R forms into TurboTax.  It is common to receive multiple forms in your situation.
