I complete info for 1099-R but still asks for state /payer's state number of 14 digits How can I move on after entering correct information?

Is the state Utah? If so, make sure the state ID is formatted as follows - The 14 digit state id number (for Utah) should be formatted as 11 digits followed by wth (use lowercase letters - NO capital letters) with no hyphens. Example: 12345678901wth
