I did not get a 1099 from either of my investment companies, how do I show an IRA rollover from one to the other in turbo tax?

If the IRA was moved to another IRA by trustee-to-trustee transfer, not by a distribution that was paid to you that you subsequently rolled over, the transaction is not reportable.  A trustee-to-trustee transfer of an IRA is neither a distribution nor a rollover.

I recommend you wait until you receive your Form 1099-R before filing.  Many broker/dealers and retirement plan custodians make their tax documents available online.  And you can always call them, they can probably e-mail it to you the same day.
