1099-R forms are for distributions from retirement accounts. If you had a distribution and did not receive a 1099-R form, then contact the custodian for the form.

If you meant a 1099-INT form for interest on your CD, then you can still enter the income without the form. To navigate to the section:

  • In your open return, select My Account
  • Tools
  • Topic Search
  • Type '1099-INT' in the box, then select GO

Enter the interest information as if you received the form.
