No matter I try, I cannot get it, I have some numbers from last year filing and this year, can I just go ahead to use these number to file tax  this year as my knowlege is?

You can’t use last year’s amounts for this year’s return. If you did not get a 1099-B is it because you didn’t sell any of your investments?

brianphuong2,

Your question is unclear and was posted under the wrong topic (Retirement instead of Investors).

But, no, you do not enter last year's figures as this year's income.  Please explain more details of the transaction(s) for which you expected but did not receive a 1099-B (sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds) form.
