I do not see the option to add withdrawing early from a retirement plan to use as first time home buyer down payment. Where and how do i do this? There is no option.

I do not see withdrawing early for first time home buyer down payment as an option for any of the situtations they have listed.

Did you take it from a IRA or 401K? The exception is only for IRA withdrawals.
