I don't know the providers Social security number how can I move on with my return if I don't have that information??

You will need that information in order to claim child care.

You can delete the child care credit form by following these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select Tax Tools on the bottom left and then Tools (see attached tax tools)

3. Select Delete a Form (see attached image)

4. Find Form 2441 and select delete next to it
