I don't knw if I made contributions to an IRA. Which line in my W2 shows those amounts?

If you paid in to a retirement account through your payroll, it is in box 12 on your W-2.   But do not try to enter it again.   You entered it when you entered box 12.   If you made any sort of contribution to an IRA on your own, then you enter it.
