Question

I don't see a TIN number on myFORM SSA_1099 Social Security Benefit Statement. Where is it found?

The example shows a typical 1099 but not the one I get from Social Security?

    There is no Payer ID for a SSA1099.  You are trying to enter it in the wrong place.

     

     

     Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
