Question

I had a rollover of my pension to an investment account and I don't see my financial institution listed. How can I proceed?

I need to select my financial institution for a pension rollover and it doesn't come up on the search bar. How can I proceed?

    If you cannot import the Form 1099-R for your pension then please enter the Form 1099-R manually:

     

    1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
    2. Click on the "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R” 
    3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
    4. Answer "Yes" to "Did you get a 1099-R in 2024?"
    5. On the "Let's import your tax info" screen click "Change how I enter my form"
    6. On the "How would you like to upload your 1099-R?" screen select "I'll type it in myself"
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
