Question

I had to print out my return and mail it to the IRS as TT was unable to file my return electronically. The new security ask for some info on last year's return. Help

Is there a number at Turbotax I can call to resolve this issue with the program?

Well it's too late now to do anything about it since you mailed it.  What did it want from 2020?  You need to enter your 2020 AGI to efile.   It has asked that for several years now.
