If you have 2 forms 1099-MISC for the same line of work, you should enter them both under ONE single business. Do not enter them in separate businesses. TurboTax will then create one Schedule C for the business with the 2 forms 1099-MISC. You can then enter business expenses under that ONE business.

Do not enter business expenses twice as this would be double dipping which is prohibited. If you create two separate businesses, then delete one of them.
