I have 2 codes in Box 7 of my 1099-R. They are 7 and D. The options given do not allow me to enter both codes since it is offering only one of each. What do I do?

I have 2 codes in Box 7 of my 1099-R. They are 7 and D. The options given do not allow me to enter both codes since it is offering only one of each. What do I do?

On the screen where you enter the 1099-R there are two drop-down lists for box 7. Select code 7 in one of the lists and code D in the other list. See the screen shot below.
