I have a 1099-G Box 3 Shows the year "2014" and Box 2 shows the refund amount from that year. When added to Turbotax it say, most commonly should be year 2015. Thoughts?

That's ok. You must have got your 2014 state refund late in 2016 or got an amended state refund. Did you file or amend 2014 late?
