I have a 1099-R and it wouldn’t upload earlier, the connection kept timing out. I’ve got the 1099-r to upload to my Documents now.

The app told me to attach my 1099-R to my state return, how do I do that since I E-Filed?

There is no way to attach documents to an e-filed return. Generally, the e-filed return contains all the tax data from your 1099-R. Some States require you to send in 1099s that show State withholding. In that case, you would have to print it out and mail it in.
